Councilmember Zahilay moved to approve the minutes of the June 4, 2024, meeting as  
presented. Seeing no objection, the Chair so ordered.

Councilmember Zahilay moved Amendment 1. The motion carried.  
Councilmember Zahilay moved Title Amendment T1. The motion carried.  
The Chair announced Proposed Motion 2024-0207 would be on the consent agenda  
and expedited to the July 9, 2024, Council meeting. Seeing no objection, it was so  
ordered.  
A motion was made by Councilmember Zahilay that this Motion be  
Recommended Do Pass Substitute Consent. The motion carried by the  
following vote:
