to B.F.I., and increasing the landing fee paid by aircraft operators of revenue generating flights
and non-revenue generating flights not based at B.F.I.; and amending Ordinance 1159, Article
XIV, Section 1, as amended, and K.C.C. 15.56.010, and Ordinance 1159, Article XVI, Section
1, as amended, and K.C.C. 15.64.020 and repealing Ordinance 1159, Article XIII, Section 10,
as amended, and K.C.C. 15.52.100.

AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation of $529,084 from various current expense
agencies; making a total disappropriation of $172,815 from various non-current expense
agencies for a total appropriation of $356,209 for correction of errors, and to meet the
appropriate level of appropriation authority; and amending the 2004 Budget Ordinance,
Ordinance 14797, Sections 25, 28, 35, 38, 44, 62, 65, 74, 75, 80, 81, 86, 94, 95, 96, 99, 101,
103 and 109, as amended.

13. Proposed Ordinance No. 2004-0516 Mr. Gossett
AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of $1,032,646 to various operating
and capital funds to cover fund transfers and provide the appropriate level of appropriation
authority and provide for the correction of errors; and amending the 2004 Budget Ordinance,
Ordinance 14797, Sections 41 and 122, as amended, and Attachment B, as amended.
