Jake Tracy, Panel Lead, provided an overview of the panel process. The following  
Council staff briefed the panel and answered questions from the members: Mary  
Bourguignon, Nick Bowman, Jenny Giambattista, Wendy Soo Hoo, Jake Tracy, Andy  
Micklow, Erin Auzins, and Gene Paul. Also addressing the panel and answering  
questions from the members was Dwight Dively, Director, Office of Performance,  
Strategy and Budget.  
The following budgets were consent:  
GF Transfer to DNRP, Critical Areas Mitigation, Geographic Information Systems,  
Permitting Division Abatement, GF Transfer to DLS, Youth and Amateur Sports Fund,  
Conservation Futures Sub-fund, Transfer of Development Credit Program, Parking  
Facilities, Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure, Office of Climate Grants F2140,  
Fleet Management Equipment, and Transit Debt Service.
