The meeting was called to order at 9:08 a.m.

A RESOLUTION relating to the operation and finances of the King County Flood Control Zone District,  
adopting the 2025 budget and authorizing improvements.  
Michelle Clark, District Executive Director, briefed the Board and answered  
questions.  
Vice-Chair Perry moved Striking Amendment S1. The motion carried.  
A Public Hearing was held and closed. A motion was made by Vice Chair Perry  
that this FCD Resolution be Passed as Amended. The motion carried by the  
following vote:  
9 - Balducci, Barón, Dunn, Dembowski, Mosqueda, Perry, Upthegrove, von  
Reichbauer and Zahilay

A RESOLUTION relating to the finances of the King County Flood Control Zone District ("District") for  
collection in 2025; authorizing a property tax levy increasing property tax revenue to implement the  
District's 2025 budget and work program; reserving banked capacity; and protecting up to $.25 per  
$1,000 of assessed value of the District's property tax levy from proration.  
Michelle Clark, District Executive Director, briefed the Board and answered  
questions.  
Vice-Chair Perry moved Striking Amendment S2. The motion carried.  
A Public Hearing was held and closed. A motion was made by Vice Chair Perry  
that this FCD Resolution be Passed as Amended. The motion carried by the

A RESOLUTION of the Board of Supervisors of the King County Flood Control Zone District, repealing  
and replacing Resolution FCD2024-07, approving templates for grant agreements related to the  
administration of the King County Flood Control Zone District's grant programs.  
Charlotte Archer, District Legal Counsel, briefed the Board and answered questions.  
A motion was made by Vice Chair Perry that this FCD Resolution be Passed.  
The motion carried by the following vote:  
9 - Balducci, Barón, Dunn, Dembowski, Mosqueda, Perry, Upthegrove, von  
Reichbauer and Zahilay
