AN ORDINANCE authorizing the executive to enter into an amendment to the
Conservation Futures Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with the city of Lake Forest Park for the Grace Cole Memorial park acquisition project, authorized under Ordinance 14409. |

Mike Reed, Council Staff, briefed the Committee on Proposed Ordinance 2003-0049. There was an
amendment #1 adopted. This matter passed out a committee subject to signatures. |

A motion was made by Mr. von Reichbauer that this matter be Recommended Do Pass
Substitute. The motion carried by the following vote: |
