a representative sponsored by a nonpartisan organization in King County that promotes equality and the  
advancement of Black or African Americans.

Latasha Mae answered questions and made remarks.  
Councilmember Barón made an oral line amendment to insert the name "Latasha Mae"  
into the blank on lines 6, 20 and 26 of the proposed motion and to insert the name of  
the sponsoring nonpartisan organization "Advocacy Queen)"on lines 6 and 27 of the  
proposed motion. The motion carried.  
Councilmember Barón made an oral title amendment to insert the name "Latasha Mae"  
on line 1 of the proposed motion. The motion carried.  
A motion was made by Mosqueda that this Motion be Recommended Do Pass  
Substitute Consent. The motion carried by the following vote:
