Approval of Minutes of June 22, 2026
Councilmember Balducci moved to approve the minutes of the June 22, 2026, meeting
as presented. Seeing no objection, the Chair so ordered.

Issue Briefing
Hyeok Kim, Chief Operating Officer, Executive's Office, and Wendy Soo Hoo,
Executive's Office, briefed the Council on the King County Regional Homelessness
Authority and answered questions.
Miranda Leskinen, Policy Staff, briefed the Council and answered questions on
proposed ordinance 2026-0101 and related amendments that was before the Council
for consideration at the July 7, 2026, Council meeting.
Kendall Moore, Assistant Chief Legal Counsel, briefed the Council.
