Ms. Lambert moved to amend Proposed Ordinance 2001-0596, on page 6, line 122, after 'be' and
before 'a', delete 'mailed' and insert 'emailed'. Ms. Lambert withdrew the amendment.

Ms. Lambert moved to amend the Employment Committee Recommendation Report, and inserting the
name Ross Baker. The Chair ruled Ms. Lambert's motion out of order at this time. Ms. Lambert
raised a Point of Order, questioning why her motion was out of order. Jim Brewer, Legal Counsel,
answered questions of the Council, indicating Mr. Phillips' motion was already before the Council
and until that motion was decided upon, it would be out of order for an additional motion on the
same matter to come before the Council.

Mr. von Reichbauer moved that the vote on Item 14 be unanimous. Seeing no objection, the Chair

so ordered.

establishing the effective date of said agreement.
