3. Honoring Jim Combs for his efforts to bring people together to develop a vision for the future of
aviation in King County, including his leadership on the King County International Airport
Roundtable and Part 150 Noise Study Advisory Committee.
 
4. Honoring members of the King County International Airport Part 150 Noise Study Advisory
Committee for their leadership to seek solutions that minimize the effects of airport-related
 
noise, while encouraging economic vitality for the region and developing a vision for the future
of aviation in King County.

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the county to enter into an agreement with Fremont Public
Association, allowing the county to participate in the Working Wheels program and to provide
up to fifty surplus vehicles to the Working Wheels program each year.

AN ORDINANCE related to zoning, establishing land use, siting and performance standards for
oil and gas well extraction facilities; and creating a new chapter and adding new sections in
Title 21A.
