Hybrid Meetings: Attend King County Council meetings in person in  
Council Chambers (Room 1001), 516 3rd Avenue in Seattle, or through  
remote access. Details on how to attend and/or provide comment remotely

HOW TO PROVIDE PUBLIC TESTIMONY: The Council values community  
input and looks forward to hearing from you. Testimony must be limited to  
items listed on the agenda for council action, unless it's the fourth  
Tuesday of the month, when the Council will hear general comment on  
matters relating to county government. You are not required to sign up in  
advance.  
There are three ways to provide public testimony:  
1. In person: You may attend the meeting in person in Council Chambers.  
2. By email: You may testify by submitting a COMMENT email. If your  
testimony is submitted before 10:00 a.m. on the day of the Council  
meeting, your email testimony will be distributed to the Councilmembers  
and appropriate staff prior to the meeting. Please submit your testimony  
by emailing clerk@kingcounty.gov.  
3. Remote attendance on the Zoom Webinar: You may provide oral public  
testimony at the meeting by connecting to the meeting via phone or  
the Webinar ID below.

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the issuance and sale of one or more series of sewer revenue bonds and  
limited tax general obligation bonds (payable from sewer revenues) of the county in an aggregate  
principal amount not to exceed $1,000,000,000 to provide funds for acquiring and constructing  
improvements to the sewer system and to pay the costs of issuing such bonds; authorizing the issuance  
and sale of one or more series of sewer revenue bonds and limited tax general obligation bonds (payable  
from sewer revenues) of the county to refund outstanding obligations of the county payable from sewer  
revenues and to pay the costs of issuing such refunding bonds; pledging sewer revenues to pay the  
principal of and interest on sewer revenue bonds issued under this ordinance; pledging the annual levy of  
taxes and an additional pledge of sewer revenues to pay the principal of and interest on limited tax  
general obligation bonds (payable from sewer revenues) issued under this ordinance; delegating authority  
to the county's Finance Director to approve the issuance and sale of sewer revenue bonds and limited  
tax general obligation bonds (payable from sewer revenues) within specified parameters; and providing for  
the form, terms and covenants of the bonds issued under this ordinance.

Chair Perry announced that in accordance with KCC chapter 2.30, there are three  
vacant at large positions on the Women’s Advisory Board and requested the  
Councilmembers submit nominations to fill those positions. Councilmembers are  
encouraged to review the provisions of KCC 2.30.060.A. for the diversity criteria  
recommended by that section. Councilmembers may nominate an individual by  
sending an email with the completed application forms to the Chair's office by June 8th  
at 5pm. All nominations will be announced at the June 9th Council meeting and  
forwarded to the Executive.”
