introduction and referral to Labor, Operations and Technology Committee. |

Councilmember Phillips moved to approve the meeting minutes of May 6, 2002 as presented. The
motion passed. |

A MOTION authorizing the county executive to enter into agreements with the King
County district court to operate work crews to maintain closed parks and recreational facilities. |

Scott White, Council Staff, briefed and answered questions from the Committee.
Kurt Triplett, Interim Council Relations Director, Office of the King County Executive, answered questions from the Committee. A motion was made by Councilmember to adopt amendment #1. The motion passed 8-0 with Councilmembers Pelz, von Reichbauer, Hague, Pullen and Lambert excused. A motion was made by Councilmember Phillips to adopt a title amendment. The motion passed 8-0 with Councilmembers Pelz, von Reichbauer, Hague, Pullen and Lambert excused. |
