AN ORDINANCE authorizing the issuance of sewer revenue bonds of the county in the
aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $250,000,000 to provide funds for constructing
improvements to the sewer system of the county and for refunding certain outstanding sewer
revenue bonds of the county; providing for the form, terms, covenants and other provisions of
such bonds; providing for the sale of the bonds and for a plan of refunding; establishing funds
for the receipt and expenditure of bond proceeds and for the payment of the bonds; and
pledging sewer revenues to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.

other related costs as stipulated by the Dupuis settlement; amending the 2003 Budget
Ordinance, Ordinance 14517, Sections 39 and 82, as amended, and adding a new section to
Ordinance 14517.

AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting four memoranda of agreement negotiated by and
between King County and Service Employees International Union, Public Safety Employees,
Local 519 ((Non-Commissioned) and (Communications Specialists)); King County Court
Protection Guild (Court Protection Security Assistants); and the King County Police Officers
Guild representing employees in the king county sheriff's office and establishing the effective
dates of said agreements.
