Call to Order
The Metropolitan King County Council's Committee-of-the-Whole meeting was called to order at 9:53
a.m. by Madam Chair Sullivan.

Councilmember von Reichbauer moved to approve the meeting minutes of December 9, 2002 as
presented. The motion passed.

Chuck Williams, Council Staff, briefed and answered questions from the Committee.

Gary Prince, Department of Transportation, answered questions from the Committee.

A motion was made by Councilmember Irons to adopt amendment Irons-1. The motion passed 8-0
with Councilmembers Patterson, Pelz, Gossett, Hague, and Pullen excused.
 
A motion was made by Mr. Pelz that this matter be Passed Out of Committee Without a
Recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote:
