A MOTION confirming the executive's appointment of Marsha Matsumoto, who resides in council district  
four, to the King County board of ethics.  
Olivia Brey, Council staff, briefed the committee. Marsha Matsumoto, appointee to the  
King County Board of Ethics, provided comments and answered questions from the  
members. Thomas Barrington, Staff Liaison, King County Board of Ethics, provided  
remarks.  
A motion was made by Councilmember Dunn that this Motion be  
Recommended Do Pass Consent. The motion carried by the following vote:
