Mac Nicholson, Director, Government Relations, briefed the Council on the Federal  
Legislative contract and answered questions.  
Garrett Hollbrook, County Executive Assistant I, briefed the Council and answered

questions.  
April Sanders, Council Staff, made remarks and answered questions.
