There being no objections, the minutes were approved.

John Parrott, Director, KCIA, Donny Donovan, Legislative and Political Director, IAM  
751, Cindy Hales, President, Pacific Northwest Business Aviation Association, Eric  
Utter, Chair, KCIA Roundtable, and Stephen Ratzlaff, Friends of Boeing Field, briefed  
the committee and answered questions from the members.

Combined Compensation Request  
Jason Cossette, Classification and Compensation Services Manager, Department of  
Human Resources, briefed the committee.  
The job classifications and pay range increases discussed in this briefing were  
confirmed by the committee.

Fish Passage Restoration Program Audit  
Kymber Waltmunson, County Auditor, King County Auditor’s Office , Zainab Nejati,  
Capital Projects Analyst I, King County Auditor’s Office, and Cindy Drake, Supervising  
Auditor, King County Auditor’s Office, briefed the committee via PowerPoint  
presentation and answered questions from the members. John Taylor, Director,  
Department of Natural Resources and Parks, and Josh Baldi, Director, Water and  
Land Resources Division, Department of Natural Resources and Parks, also answered  
questions from the members.

AN ORDINANCE relating to the personnel board; and amending Ordinance 174 (part), as amended, and  
K.C.C. 3.08.110 and Ordinance 13370, Section 2, as amended and K.C.C. 3.08.120.  
Jeff Muhm, Chief Policy Officer, King County Council, briefed the committee.  
Vice Chair Upthegrove moved approval of Amendment 1. There being no objections,  
Amendment 1 was adopted.  
A motion was made by Councilmember Upthegrove that this Ordinance be  
Recommended Do Pass Substitute Consent. The motion carried by the  
following vote:
