					memoranda of agreement negotiated by and between King County and the Joint Labor Management  
					Insurance Committee of Unions regarding insured benefits for represented benefits-eligible employees  
					identified by King County deemed eligible to receive these benefits; and establishing the effective date  
					of the agreements.
