Approval of the minute was deferred.

Issue Briefing
Stephanie Cirkovich, Chief of Staff, briefed the Council on the chambers
reconfiguration.
Tracy Calderon, Administrative Services Manager, briefed the Council and answered
questions.
Kimberly Hill, Station Manager, KCTV, briefed the Council and answered questions.
Councilmember Balducci and Councilmember Dembowski made remarks about
Proposed Ordinance 2026-0101.
