STATEMENT OF FACTS
1.  King County maintains all local governmental authority and jurisdiction to adopt, interpret and amend the International Fire Code, and the county has exercised such authority by adopting the King County Fire Code standards within its unincorporated areas.
2.  The service provider possesses authority to provide the services identified in the attached agreements pursuant to RCW 52.12.031(6), 52.26.090(2) and 19.27.050.
3.  The agreements are authorized by K.C.C. 17.04.230.3, and the agreements are authorized under RCW 19.27.110 and the Interlocal Cooperation Act, chapter 39.34 RCW.
      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The King County executive is hereby authorized to enter into identical interlocal agreements with city of Bellevue Fire Department and Woodinville Fire and Rescue, substantially in the form attached, to implement a pilot program
delegating administrative duties to perform annual fire inspections of existing occupancies in fire protection districts 14 and 36, respectively.
