BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. This ordinance does hereby adopt and incorporate herein as its findings and conclusions the findings and conclusions contained in the report and recommendation of the hearing examiner dated March 18, 2010, to approve subject to conditions, the application for public benefit rating system assessed valuation for open space submitted by Richard and Pamela Fortner, Hans A. and Adele G. Thompson, Richard and Susan Rogers, Thomas N. and Bonita Wilkins and Daniel Schueler and Laurie Martin for property located at 13414 SW 220th Street, 21715 131st Place SW, 13318 SW 220 Street, 21711 - 131st Place SW and 21917 - 131st Place SW, Vashon, WA 98070, designated department of natural resources and parks, water and land resources division file no. E09CT053, and the council does hereby adopt as its action the recommendation or recommendations contained in the report.
