AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting a memorandum of agreement negotiated by and between King County and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 117 representing IT managers and supervisors in the department of King County information technology and in the department of executive services.

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The memorandum of agreement negotiated by and between King County and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 117 representing employees in the department of King County information technology and in the department of executive services, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreement shall be effective upon full

and final ratification of the parties, and shall expire December 31, 2024, concurrent with the collective bargaining agreement.
