AN ORDINANCE relating to an easement for public school purposes, located at 1211 E Alder St, Seattle, within council district eight.

Body

STATEMENT OF FACTS:

In accordance with K.C.C. 4.56.115.A., the county is authorized to grant easements.  Under that subsection, an easement granted by the county is subject to prior approval by ordinance when the value of the easement would exceed fifty thousand dollars.

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The executive is authorized to grant to Seattle School District No. 1 an easement for public school purposes, substantially in the form of Attachment A to this

ordinance, located at 1211 E Alder St, Seattle, and to take all actions necessary to execute and implement the easement.
