      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement and memorandum of agreement negotiated between King County and Public, Professional & Office-Clerical Employees and Drivers, Teamsters Local 763 representing employees in the department of assessments and attached hereto are hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreements shall be effective from January 1, 2009, through and including December 31, 2010.
