body
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1.  The land area originally subject to current use taxation application E07CT007 contained multiple parcels.
Review of the application resulted in a determination that the open space areas meriting approval on the respective parcels are not contiguous, and therefore the parcels and pertinent open space taxation agreements must be addressed by separate ordinance actions.
Former file E07CT007 addressing both parcels accordingly has been separated into two files, with file E07CT007 retaining parcel no. 122506-9039 and new file E07CT007a created for parcel no. 122506-9055.
SECTION 2.      This ordinance does hereby adopt and incorporate herein as its findings and conclusions the findings and conclusions contained in the report and recommendation of the hearing examiner dated June 10, 2008, to approve subject to conditions, the application for public benefit rating system assessed valuation for open space submitted by Brad Landis for property located at 26500 Northeast 70th Street, designated department of natural resources and parks, water and land resources division file no. E07CT007, and the council does hereby adopt as its action the recommendation or recommendations contained in the report.
