BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. Ordinance 15652, Section 119, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
From several capital improvement project funds there is hereby appropriated and authorized to be disbursed the following amounts for the specific projects identified in Attachment A to this ordinance.

PROVIDED THAT:
Of this amount $24,000 shall be encumbered or expended only to fund independent due diligence review of the first phase of study as described in section 3 of this ordinance.
SECTION 2. Attachment A to this ordinance, dated October 1, 2007, hereby amends Attachment B to Ordinance 15652, as amended, by adding thereto and inserting therein the projects listed in Attachment A to this ordinance.
SECTION 3. Independent due diligence review of first phase of study for potential to sell the King Street Center and to further analyze the redevelopment of the Administration Building. This due diligence review shall be provided by the King County Auditor and consultants managed by that office. The costs of this review shall be paid from funds available to the facilities management division. Due diligence review activities conducted by the King County auditor staff and consultants shall include analysis of the executive's first phase of study including but not limited to economic analyses and related assumptions, evaluation o...
