      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The memorandum of understanding regarding boot allowance negotiated by and between King County and the Unions representing employees in the road services division of the department of transportation and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective upon approval by the King County council, through and including July 31, 2010.
