AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of $5,013,684 to public health; and amending the 2007 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 15652, Sections 43 and 83, as amended.

      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

      SECTION 1.  Ordinance 15652, Section 43, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:

      PUBLIC HEALTH AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES CX TRANSFERS - From the current expense fund there is hereby appropriated to:

      Public health and emergency medical services CX transfers      $1,616,590

      SECTION 2.  Ordinance 15652, Section 83, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:

      PUBLIC HEALTH - From the public health fund there is hereby appropriated to:

      Public health      $5,013,684

      FTEs for public health      49.59 FTEs
