BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. This ordinance does hereby adopt and incorporate herein as its findings and conclusions the findings and conclusions contained in the report and decision of the hearing examiner dated February 23, 2007, to approve, subject to conditions, the preliminary plat of 100 Acre Wood, department of development and
environmental services file no L04P0036, and the council does hereby adopt as its action the decision contained in said report.
