A RESOLUTION amending the rules and operating procedures of the King County Flood Control Zone District to change the size of the executive committee; and amending Attachment A to FCD2021-01, as amended.

WHEREAS, the board of supervisors of the King County Flood Control District ("the District") desires to amend its rules and operating procedures to change the size of the executive committee back to three (3) members;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE KING COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL ZONE DISTRICT:
SECTION 1. The rules and operating procedures of the King County Flood
Control Zone District, as amended by Attachment A to this resolution, which amends Sections 2.C, 4.A, 7.A and 7.B of the rules and operating procedures, are adopted.
