A MOTION approving the service partnership agreements schedule with executive branch agencies as required by K.C.C. 2.16.055.

WHEREAS, K.C.C. 2.16.055 requires that a schedule for when the Department of Local Services will complete service partnership agreements with executive branch agencies be established as part of the executive's proposed 2021-2022 biennial budget, subject to council approval by motion, and
WHEREAS, the schedule is required to establish a plan to secure service partnership agreements with all required agencies no later than transmittal of the executive's proposed 2023-2024 biennial budget, and
WHEREAS, the King County executive has transmitted a service partnership agreement schedule as shown in Attachment A to this motion;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
The council hereby approves the service partnership agreement schedule for executive branch agencies as reflected in Attachment A to this motion.
