Title
A MOTION acknowledging receipt of the report on the assessment of need for additional court related space at the Maleng Regional Justice Center required by the 2019-2020 Biennial Budget Ordinance 18835, Section 19, as amended by Ordinance 19021, Section 3, Proviso 9.
Body
WHEREAS, the 2019-2020 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 18835, Section 19, as amended by Section 3, Proviso 9, requires the executive to transmit a report assessing the need for additional court space at the Norm Maleng Regional Justice Center, and
WHEREAS, the proviso further requires the executive to submit a motion that acknowledges receipt of the report;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
The receipt of the report to assess the need for additional court space at the Norm Maleng Regional Justice Center, which is Attachment A to this motion, in compliance
with the 2019-2020 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 18835, Section 19, as amended by Ordinance 19021, Section 3, Proviso 9, Section 62, is hereby acknowledged.
