STATEMENT OF FACTS:

For the lease from Gateway Muirland, Inc., located at 9725 3rd Avenue NE, Seattle, within council district one, the facilities management division determined that there was not an appropriate county-owned option and successfully negotiated to lease space.

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The executive is authorized to execute a lease for the property located at 9725 3rd Avenue NE, Seattle, with Gateway Muirland, Inc., substantially in the

form of Attachment A to this ordinance, and to take all actions necessary to implement the terms of the lease.
