Title
A MOTION acknowledging receipt of the King County Search and Rescue Plan required by the 2019-2020 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 18835, Section 19, as amended by Ordinance 18930 Section 9, Proviso P7.
Body
WHEREAS, the 2019-2020 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 18835, Section 21, as amended by Ordinance 18930, Section 9, Proviso P7, requires the executive to transmit a plan to provide bulk rate gasoline and vehicle license plates to King County search and rescue volunteers, and
WHEREAS, the proviso further requires the executive to submit a motion that acknowledges receipt of the plan by December 31, 2019;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
The receipt of the plan to provide bulk rate gasoline and vehicle license plates to King County search and rescue volunteers, which is Attachment A to this motion, in
compliance with 2019-2020 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 18835, Section 19, as amended by Ordinance 18930, Section 9, Proviso P7, is hereby acknowledged.
