                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The settlement agreement regarding wage payments that were not covered by a recent U.S. Department of Labor investigation negotiated by and between King County and Amalgamated Transit Union, Local 587 (Department of Transportation - Transit) representing employees in the department of transportation, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreement shall be effective commencing April 25, 2018.
