                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The agreement negotiated by and between King County and International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 117 (Transit Section Managers - Department of Transportation) representing employees in the department of transportation, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2018, through and including December 31, 2018.
