BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. Findings:
A. On May 3, 2018, the hearing examiner issued a report and recommended for approval, subject to conditions, the application for public benefit rating system assessed valuation for open space submitted by Jerald Johnson and Sabrina Johnson for property located at 12527 464th Avenue SE, 46211 SE Mt Si Road, North Bend, WA, designated department of natural resources and parks, water and land resources division file no. E17CT046.
B. On June 11, 2018, the council passed proposed ordinance 2018-0169, enacted as ordinance 18748. At the time of council action, a clerical error resulted in the wrong hearing examiner findings and conclusions being attached, incorporated into, and adopted as part of that ordinance.
C. While the ultimate disposition of this matter remains unchanged, it is important that this error be corrected and the complete and accurate record be set forth. This is best accomplished by repealing ordinance 18748, which had the incorrect Attachment A, and approving this ordinance, which has the correct Attachment A for incorporation and adoption. It is imperative that this correction be accomplished as quickly as possible to provide the parties involved and the public in general with an accurate and reliable record of this matter.
SECTION 2. Ordinance 18748 is repealed.
