                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 77 (Department of Transportation, Transit) representing employees in the department of transportation, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2015, through and including December 31, 2018.
