A MOTION acknowledging receipt of the 2017 Water Taxi Ridership Analysis and Strategic Growth Report, in response to the 2017-2018 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 18409, Section 112, Proviso P1.

WHEREAS, the 2017-2018 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 18409, Section 112, Proviso P1, states that $100,000 shall not be expended or encumbered until the executive transmits a report and a motion acknowledging receipt of the report is passed by the council, and
WHEREAS, the King County executive hereby transmits to the council the 2017 water taxi ridership analysis and strategic growth report, and
WHEREAS, the report is submitted by the marine division to fulfill the first reporting proviso obligation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
The council acknowledges receipt of the 2017 Water Taxi Ridership Analysis and Strategic Growth Report, Attachment A to this motion.
