                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 302 (Equipment Operators - Departments:  Natural Resources and Parks, Transportation) representing employees in the departments of natural resources and parks, and transportation, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2015, through and including December 31, 2018.
