                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The memorandum of agreement regarding "Total Compensation" negotiated by and between King County and International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 117 (Wastewater Treatment Division, Supervisors - Department of Natural Resources and Parks) and King County Regional AFIS Guild (Automated Fingerprint Identification System - King County Sheriff's Office), which includes general wage adjustments, paid insurance benefits and a timeline for bargaining a "Master Labor Agreement" that will reflect standardized labor agreement provisions; representing employees in the department of natural resources and sheriff's office, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2017, through and including December 31, 2018.
