AN ORDINANCE concurring with the recommendation of the hearing examiner to approve, subject to conditions, reclassification of certain property located at Northeast of the intersection of SR-0169 and SE Green Valley Road, as described in department of permitting and environmental review file no. LUT4150001 from RA-5 to M, at the request of Cadman, Inc., and amending King County Title 21A, as amended, by modifying the zoning map to reflect this reclassification.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. This ordinance adopts and incorporates the findings and conclusions of the January 30, 2017, report and recommendation of the hearing examiner, filed with the clerk of the council on March 21, 2017, upon the application of Cadman to reclassify certain property described in department of permitting and environmental review file no. LUT4150001.
SECTION 2. The recommendation of the hearing examiner to reclassify the subject property from RA-5 to M is hereby adopted, subject to conditions. Upon this
ordinance becoming effective, the department of permitting and environmental review shall amend the official zoning maps of King County to reflect this action.
