BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. This ordinance hereby adopts as its action, and incorporates herein as its own the findings, conclusions and decision, the hearing examiner's October 6, 2017, final order, contained in Attachment A to this ordinance, and the hearing examiner's October 6, 2017, amended report and decision, contained in Attachment B to this ordinance, approving, subject to conditions, the preliminary plat of Echo Lake Estates,
located on the south side of SE 96th Street, east of the Snoqualmie Parkway, department of permitting and environmental review file no. PLAT160002.
