                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 77 (Departments: Transportation (Road Services), King County Information Technology, Natural Resources and Parks, Public Health) representing employees in the departments of transportation, King County information technology, natural resources and parks and public health, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2015, through and including December 31, 2018.
