                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  This ordinance adopts and incorporates the findings and conclusions of the hearing examiner, filed with the clerk of the council and dated November 2, 2015, and hereby reclassifies Parcel No. 2022069011 from Industrial (I) to

Rural Area with a 5 acre minimum (RA-5).  The executive shall amend the official zoning maps of King County to reflect this action.
