                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and Office & Professional Employees International Union, Local 8 (Departments: Public Health (Prevention Division), Community and Human Services (Mental Health, Chemical Abuse and Dependency Services Division)) representing employees in the departments of public health and community and human services, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from September 1, 2014, through and including August 31, 2016.
