                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The memorandum of agreement regarding benefit plan changes effective January 1, 2016 negotiated by and between King County and Amalgamated Transit Union, Local 587 (Transit - Departments: Transportation, Executive Services (Finance and Business Operations Division)) representing employees in the departments of transportation and executive services, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2016, through and including December 31, 2016.
