      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The memorandum of agreement regarding tool allowance negotiated by and between King County and Amalgamated Transit Union, Local 587 (Transit - Departments: Transportation, Executive Services (Finance and Business Operations Division)) representing employees in the department of transportation and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective through December 31, 2015.
