      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement and two memoranda of agreement negotiated by and between King County and Professional and Technical Employees, Local 17 (Departments: Public Health, Community and Human Services) representing employees in the departments of public health, and community and human services and attached hereto as Attachments A, B and C to this ordinance are hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreements shall be effective from January 1, 2013, through and including December 31, 2014.
