STATEMENT OF FACTS:

For the lease from Curran Properties, LP, located at 19125 North Creek Parkway, Bothell, within council district one, the facilities management division determined that there was not an appropriate county-owned option and successfully negotiated to lease space.

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The executive is authorized to execute an amendment to an existing lease for the property located at 19125 North Creek Parkway, Bothell, with Curran

Properties, LP, substantially in the form of Attachment A to this ordinance, and to take all actions necessary to implement the terms of the lease.
